INTRODUCTION

Bridgit is a guide for senior users to master their digital devices. Its mission is to connect older users with tech-savvy mentors to bridge any digital gap.

For this project, I created a compelling single-page product marketing site to communicate Bridgit's value proposition through storytelling, copywriting, and visual design.

DESIGN PROCESS

Bridgit's marketing site takes inspiration from simplicity in Navigation, emotionally resonant Hero sections, clear and informative Features designs, trust-building Testimonials, and functional yet minimal Footers.

FROM INSPO TO WIREFRAMES

Shown below is an overview of how I incorporated the UI inspiration into my desktop and mobile sketches. The visuals were kept front and center and copy was used to enhance the context of the imagery and maintain audience engagement.

DESKTOP

Chosen Sketch

Ultimately, I made a new solution sketch because I wanted a better way to illustrate features that felt step-by-step. So, I opted for 50/50 stacked rows that alternated imagery and copy to this feeling.

MOBILE

Chosen Sketch

I chose the third version of my mobile sketch as it best illustrated Features in a step-by-step way. This was the same treatment I applied to my desktop view so I wanted to carry that through in mobile view as well.

WIREFRAMES

COLOR & TONE

Before I could color inject my wireframes, I created a moodboard to determine the best color palette for the site. I repurposed my chosen adjectives from my app’s moodboard and sought imagery and color that felt comfortable, simple, collaborative, engaging, and trustworthy. It was important that I create a cohesive user experience - from site to app.

PEER FEEDBACK

Before I could finalize my hi-fi prototype, I gathered insights from my peers. The issues were plotted on a design prioritization matrix and updates were made based on user value and level of effort.
